1 lb Chicken Livers
1 lb Ground Pork Meat
Salt & Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Blend the chicken livers in a food processor. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Pour and well-press the mixture into a terrine dish. Bake for 45 min au bain marie. Leave to cool in the fridge over night. Enjoy the next day!
A bain-marie is a container holding hot water into which another container is placed for slow-cooking. You can simply place the terrine dish in a larger oven dish filled with water (about half way up the sides of the terrine dish).
