2 white fish fillets (Cod or Halibut)
1 Tbsp capers
Fresh herbs (Parsley, cilantro, dill, etc)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Wash and thinly slice the lemon.
Cut squares of baking parchment for each fillet. Place the fish in the middle and top with the lemon slices, capers and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Close the baking parchment and place the fish on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 15 min. Serve with steamed or sautéed vegetables of your choice.
